Type in chat: /88 cabeza - Shows the handkerchief /88 cuello - Shows the neckerchief In the box folder there is also the gestures: Scarf Head and Scarf Neck. You can activate the gestures in order to be faster in changing the attachment. If you have problems to activate the gestures pressing keys, maybe you have few gestures bound on one key. To disable them search in your inventory for "active", then right click and deactivate.
